The Station Message Detail Recording (SMDR) module enables you to search DMS MSL call records using the following fields: Originating ID, Terminating ID, Called Digits, Calling Digits, Out pulsed Digits and Long Duration Calls.  Switch Expert also allows you to trace calls made with any particular Auth/Acct code. 

The Details view provides additional call information, including origination and terminating feature codes, associated trunk member number, route info and customer group.

Switch Expert also allows for the querying of summary calls.  Meaning you can retrieve the number of and usage for all calls going to a particular area code or zone or duration for a given time start and stop time.
