This module works in conjunction with the Meridian Digital Centrex (MDC) standard DMS MSL NT4X09 attendant consoles.

The Console Sub-Group (CSG) report displays total traffic statistics on individual console sub-groups for a given start and stop time. The maximum time period for any one CSG group is 24 hours, i.e., 12:00:00 am - 11:59:59 pm.

The report below is displaying the STATISTICS 2 view.  Switch Expert allows you to create or modify the layout's view with custom colors, sorting, header and tool tip text.

The CSG Consoles Report is the first report of a four level report hierarchy for console statistics.
