The MSL/DMS provides the Operational Measurements (OM) to the SE server on a thirty-minute rotating schedule. The SE server then updates all active clients with their respective module information. The system events (LOGS) and alarms are produced and processed in real-time; and the call detail recording (CDR) records are processed and retrievable upon call termination. All reports are dynamically updated; no refreshing at the client is necessary.
