The Uniform Call Distribution (UCD)  report displays total traffic statistics on individual DMS MSL UCD groups for a given start and stop time.  The maximum time period for any one UCD group is 24 hours, i.e., 12:00:00 am - 11:59:59 pm.

The report below is displaying the TRAFFIC view.  Switch Expert allows you to create or modify the layout's view with definable; colors, sorting, header and tool tip text.
